My video-based Movement Hub offers a space to choose and move in a way that feels good in the moment.
You’ll find everything from Vinyasa Flow to Restorative classes. Tutorials to help you understand postures and ways to modify, as well as breathing techniques and meditations. New classes are added monthly – from short, 15 minute energy boosts or pauses, through to hour long (or more) classes. Just take your pick.

I particularly enjoy the fact that there is a lot of description/instruction around poses and movements in Catherine’s teaching, as it continues to make learning and understanding yoga practice much easier.
